PURPOSE OF THE SITE

FEBISTA gift cards are valid in Febista stores in Luxembourg, in all Febista, Febista'Beauty and Febista Maison universes, with the exception of the following services: Alterations, shoe repair, catering, flower stand and home delivery costs. 

Gift cards are also valid on the website www.febista.com only in the Fashion, Home, Leisure and Designers sections. 

The cards can be loaded at the time of purchase with the amount of your choice (between €15 and €150) and are activated directly. They are valid for one (1) year after activation and can be used on current promotions. 

Subject to the Customer's rights, gift cards cannot be exchanged, resold, refunded (even partially), or credited to an account. They cannot be discounted and cannot be replaced in the event of loss, theft or expiry of validity. 

It is possible to use your card once or several times, within the limit of its validity and to top it up if necessary with the payment method of your choice.

Multiple cards can be used at the same time: 

-  In store, to make a payment up to a total limit of €1,000 

-  On the website www.febista.com, a maximum of two (2) Gift Cards can be used to make a purchase, up to a maximum of three hundred euros (€300).
